Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days before shipping.

Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited orders prioritize both production and shipping for faster delivery.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Multiple Shipments: Some items may arrive separately if they are sourced from different production partners.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✔ Return Window: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
✔ Non-Returnable Items: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
✔ Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
